The yellow-green glazed yunguan is generally used as a stigma on the top of a wood column.
The decorative pattern of this item is divided into six layers: the bottom layer is rolled grass patterned, the second layer is water ripple patterned, the third layer is patterned with two dragons playing with a pearl, the fourth layer is curly grass patterned, the fifth layer is lotus petal patterned and the sixth layer is the top. The secondary components are commonly seen on the doorposts of the stone or wooden archways on the axis of the Confucius Temple.
